About Ca$h 'n Guns
Ca$h 'n Guns is a party game about a gang splitting its loot after a heist. Every player has a foam pistol, and every round everyone points it at someone else at the same time. You then decide whether to hold your nerve or drop out, knowing that only some of the bullets in play are real. It is daft, theatrical and very quick to learn, and a full table of eight is when it is loudest.

Is Ca$h 'n Guns Right for You?
Best for
Ca$h 'n Guns is for loud groups of six to eight who want something silly and fast. Pointing foam guns across the table is great theatre, and it is a good icebreaker for people who do not know each other well. It plays best with a full table, when there are too many guns and too little loot.
Maybe skip it if…
Some players are uncomfortable with pointing toy guns at friends, even foam ones. At four players there is much less chaos, and it falls flat.
How to Play Ca$h 'n Guns
Setup
Each player takes a gangster, a foam gun and a hand of bullet cards: five Clicks and three Bangs. Set out the loot deck and give one player the Godfather role.
On Your Turn
- Lay out the round's loot cards face up. Everyone secretly picks a bullet card and places it face down.
- On the count of three, everyone aims at another player. The Godfather may order players to aim elsewhere.
- Players may lie down to chicken out and take no share. Then the bullets of those still standing are revealed, and anyone hit by a Bang takes a wound and gets nothing this round.
- Players still standing take turns choosing loot, starting with the Godfather.
How to Win
After the last round, the richest player still in the game wins. A player with three wounds is out.
💡 Strategy Tips
Your three Bangs are precious. Point at someone who looks greedy, and keep a Bang back for the last rounds.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Using your Bangs too early. You only have three for the whole game, so save them for the rounds that matter.
- Never chickening out. Lying down costs you a share, but taking a third wound puts you out of the game.
- Ignoring the Godfather. Their power to redirect a gun changes who is in danger.
- Grabbing the first card you see. Loot varies a lot in value, so look at what each card is worth before you choose.
Advanced Strategy
- Watch who is about to take a third wound. They are likely to chicken out, so aim elsewhere.
- A player holding many guns at once is often bluffing with Clicks. Count Bangs as they are revealed.
- Being Godfather is worth fighting for in key rounds, because they choose loot first.
- Keep track of each player's loot. Aim at the player in the lead, not the one who annoyed you last round.

Our Verdict
Ca$h 'n Guns is not a deep game, and it does not try to be. It is short, theatrical and very funny with the right crowd, especially at seven or eight players. We recommend it for groups who want a party game with bluffing and a bit of silliness.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the guns safe?
Yes, they are soft foam pistols and do not fire anything. You just point them.
What is the best player count?
Six to eight. With four players the standoffs are less tense.
Can you be knocked out?
Yes. A third wound puts you out, which is why chickening out at the right moment matters.
